It's only a matter of weeks until we announce the launch date for Aquamarine's next crowdfunding campaign, and our team has been working incredibly hard in the meantime. Our upcoming pre-alpha demo is constantly being updated with new art, mechanics, and gameplay systems, which we can't wait to share. In fact, before the month is over, weโ€™ll be unveiling a preview build for our current Patreon subscribers. You can get a closer look at our development progress, get involved in our design choices, or just support the hard work going into this demo by becoming a member. Check it out!

Among the new features available to test in the demo preview will be our multi-depth movement system, which allows you to move your ship up and down in the water to avoid nasty underwater creatures, bypass obstacles, or survey the ocean surface for loot. We've also added a sneaky new creature that camouflages itself and hunts you from a distance. And there's so much more that I won't go into here.
